Start of HOTH
After several years of catering, weddings and special events for friends and family, Britt and i decided to take the leap in 2022 and purchased our trailer. Since then, what started out with a small job here and there has grown into a full-time barbecue kitchen.
Us now
We now provide delicious food made with smoking love to festivals, church events, farms, Orchards, schools, rec centers, and reunions.
